The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University is a premier institution for management education. Founded in 1908 just outside of Chicago, USA, it is a different voice in management education - one that believes business can be bravely led, passionately collaborative and world changing. Change Without Compromise was selected to be a part of the Kellogg Case Collection. The collection contains more than six hundred cases and related teaching notes, technical notes, and supplementary materials. All Kellogg cases are taught in the classroom before being added to the collection. Currently the study is being used in a classroom setting each fall by the The New York City Leadership Center
