Nigeria (Day Two – September 4)
Arrived as scheduled on Thursday at around 11:00 a.m. Nigeria time…6:00 a.m. home time. And, I must admit, it was a long trip. We were met at the airport by a wonderful pastor from Abuja, William Okoye. He’s doing a great work here. He and some members of his team supported us tremendously in getting us from the airport to our hotel. After a short time of rest, we met with William and a couple of other key leaders from Nigeria. It was a profitable time of relationship building and strategic thinking.
Today we’re traveling to Jos, Nigeria. We will be meeting with the President of the Church of Christ in Nigeria (COCIN) and the President of the Evangelical Church of West Africa (ECWA). Following the meetings we’ll be returning to Abuja.

God Bless and keep you as you make new in rroads for “life change” on both sides of the world. I’m not sure if it still means as much once we cross the threshold of maturity, but I will say it any way, “I am so proud of you and so proud to call you my PASTOR! “traveling mercies” aford

Brad, I am praying for you and your team. I am so delighted to know that you ARE willing to go wherever and do whatever the Lord our God says. I pray that God shines through all of you as well as the people that you are meeting; that all of Nigeria and places in between will come to know our wonderful Saviour. Thanks so much for keeping us updated daily.

Hi Brad…Even though I moved to New Zealand close to a month ago, my heart is still with Nothridge, until I find a church that can satisy my Christian needs like you as the Senior Pastor and NRC have done. Without NRC, I shutter to think what my life would be like today. Thank goodness that because of technology, NRC services are just a couple clicks on the keyboard away.
My prayes are with you and your team in Nigeria spreading the word of God. I know withs God’s leading, you will do wonderful things during this trip.

I am still trying to understand why you think Nigeria needs to know your wonderful Saviour. An old girl from St. Georges Catholic School – Falomo and Jinadu Anglican School – Obalende aims to remedy children contaminated with witchcraft by casting out demons of witchcraft out from them, and then monitoring them for a total release. Evang. Mrs. Helen Ukpabio is branding children as ‘witches’ in the name of Christ. You are in Nigeria meeting with the President of the Church of Christ in Nigeria (COCIN) and the President of the Evangelical Church of West Africa (ECWA). What can you do about it?
