Loved it! Again. Seen it in the service on Sunday…I was rather clever though.
Judy
hmmm… I do like country music though… I also believe Randy Travis wouldn’t agree with you on this one…. *grin*…. but, the service was enjoyable! Very creative!
Chad Morrison
That was pretty clever. You guys do such a great job. Oh to be a fly on the wall during your creative meetings. I appreciate how difficult it is to come up with fresh stuff every week. It is teams like yours that keep pushing churches like us to strive to do better. Thanks and keep up the good work.

I enjoyed this on Sunday and just now laughed just as hard. I do enjoy SOME country music, though, truth be told. I’m also a rock and roll fan…so I guess I’m confused! And I agree…do not open that can of CRAP!
Thanks for a good laugh!
And in all seriousness, thank you for bringing God’s truth and His light to so many in creative and relevant ways. God bless you always!
Bonnie
Even coming from someone who likes country music (selectively, of course), this was HA-larious!! Loved it when I saw it the first time on Saturday, and had to watch it again to get another good laugh. I have really been enjoying your heightened sense of humor lately….keep it up! Oh, and props to the CA team, they are amazing.
Herb Brail
It’s a scream even on tape, although I’m glad I saw it live. I’m sending it to all my Jewish and atheist friends! They don’t know what they’re missing, and quite frankly neither did I until I walked into the NorthRidge lobby a few years ago.
Nina Marvin
I totally agree!! and Amen

Brad,
I loved your halarious analysis of country music. I married into “Hicksville” almost 13 years ago, but it didn’t take long for my beloved spouse to see the light. God Bless!
Rachel
My 8 year old doesn’t agree with you. He watched the video and said “But I love country music!” He gets that from his father. I totally understood the concept and agree with you that counrty music is Of the Devil!!
Deb Gering
Great way to show your humor Brad…… Unfortunately I do like some country. I am usually one of the people who say yee haw when you knock it
:):) When are you going to put some of the text and email questions and answers on your blog. I have been waiting expectantly.
Beth
Brad,
Great Job! Enjoying the series very much. Thank you for all that you do as our pastor. Thank you for the creative ways you express God’s truth.

Very funny…
I think this is a GREAT way for the church to keep it real and expand it’s base.
Inviting a friend to church and have them wind up seing this would be a treat in 99% of the cases.
You’d really have to HATE God or be a stick in the mud to not at least APPRECIATE what he’s trying to do.
Very few people actually dislike ALL country music these days since it’s morphed & adapted to the point where much of it is virtually indistinguishable from mainstream R & R – Seek Kid Rock for example.
But at the same time most people understand why a guy might not be all that enamored ot it. haha
Well done…
Dave
Too funny Brad and a good poke to the cow-poke in many of us.
Have you ever heard Lee Greenwood’s “God Bless the USA”? That might change your mind a little on Country Music.
If you really want to fill the “Total Crap” file… look into Rap and Hip Hop as much of that is “666″.
God Bless!
